Erasmus Charter for Higher Education
The Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) provides the general quality framework for European and international cooperation activities a higher education institution may carry out within Erasmus+.
The award of an ECHE is a pre-requisite for higher education institutions located in a Programme country and willing to participate in Erasmus+ activities dedicated to higher education.

- It contributes to the standardization of essential elements of mobility organization.
- It encourages institutions to think strategically about Erasmus+ implementation.
- It is a pre-requisite for institutions from Programme countries, including Serbia.
Who can apply? Accredited independent higher education institutions from EU Member States, EFTA/EEA Member States and candidate countries including Serbia.
